The Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with a prominent Japanese Automotive Manufacturer with a global presence to seek for a talented individual to join their business as an Order Support Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Manager, the successful incumbent will be supporting in back-end operations and claims processes.

• Work location: Central region, walkable distance from Promenade MRT station
• Work hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm (with 1 day WFH and flexible arrangement)
• Gross monthly up to $3,500 + completion bonus
• Starting as a 1-year contract, convertible to permanent headcount after service of 1 year

The Job:

• Propose and drive continuous improvements in business and operation.
• Consolidate statuses of all orders and ensure deliveries and expeditions.
• Verify and process claims reports from customers using SAP system.
• Generate monthly reports to consolidate claims summary.
• Attend to customers\' enquiries - price quotation, stock availability.

The Talent:

• Min. Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or any other related field.
• 1 year of working experience in Supply Chain field will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with incoterms will be an added advantage.
