Job Description

• Manage operations and maintenance of the industrial Ventillation & Cooling Systems
• Manage a team of plant engineers in the analysis and optimization of the operations & maintenance of these systems
• Supervise and lead all operations and maintenance processes
• Track expenses and oversee the budget for operations & maintenance
• Maintain all machinery to ensure it\'s at working standards
• Create and implement operations and maintenance procedures
• Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems
• Plan and manage all repair and installation activities, including contract management
• Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates
• Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs
• Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary

Requirements

• The ideal candidate must have at least a Degree/Diploma and above in any Engineering or Business discipline with at least 1-3 years of experience.
• Good understanding of the technical features ACMV and District Cooling System. Practical experience in HVAC/ACMV/Ventilation Systems, Building Management System (BMS)/Energy Management System (EMS)
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities with supervisory/managerial experience
