Job Description

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Supervise daily routine facility jobs and repair work orders as assigned.

\xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot equipment/facility breakdown and carry out basic repairs.

\xc2\xb7 Supervise vendors\xe2\x80\x99/service providers\xe2\x80\x99 activities on daily routine facilities and maintenance work to ensure equipment/facility is maintained in full operational status.

\xc2\xb7 Apply and close work permits with Area/System Owners for vendors/service providers.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain all site facilities in optimum condition. Ensure all documentation related to maintenance activities are completed accurately and processed to full completion.

\xc2\xb7 Handling special projects/assignments as assigned by Supervisor / Manager.

\xc2\xb7 Supervise and train Facility Technicians on facility/maintenance system to enhance their knowledge and skill sets.

\xc2\xb7 Lead in Root Cause Analysis for equipment/facility breakdowns.

\xc2\xb7 Implement preventive maintenance programs by reviewing operations and maintenance reports and statistics.

\xc2\xb7 Inspect and maintain operating equipment/facility and systems with operational standards for facility services.

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Possess min. Diploma in Facilities Management or any engineering principle

\xc2\xb7 Min. 3 years\' relevant experience Facilities Management

\xc2\xb7 Office Hours (8 am to 5.45 pm)
