Job Description
- Work Location: Seletar North Link [Transport provided from Punggol MRT]
- Salary: $2800 - $3500
- Working days: 5 days / 44 hours a week
- Working time: 9am-6pm
- Monitor outsource and lead in-house team in cleaning and maintenance facility management of the Dormitory.
- Conduct monthly Facilities Management Review with service partners/vendors to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement
- Ensure efficiency of facilities management in cleaning services, pest control, waste management, landscaping, water services, electrical and fire services, etc
- Promoting healthy and safe working methods and practices in the workplace.
- Investigate, develop, and implement solutions, trouble shoot on day-to-day operational problems of facilities and building.
- Reviews work orders/service report to ensure that order/service are completed.
- All other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
- Assist Dormitory Manager / Directors as and when it is required.
- Diploma in Facilities Management or related discipline.
- With 1 to 2 years\' experience in the same or related industry.
