Facilities Engineer (mechanical) ($4000 $6000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$6K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operations and maintenance of mechanical systems
- Mechanical systems cover HVAC, rotating equipment\'s, compressors, chillers, cooling towers, Newater & potable water systems.
- Plan/schedule preventive maintenance and perform Autonomous maintenance for all mechanical systems
- Validate service/test reports for all performed PM/AM activities.
- Follow up on all mechanical defects, Energy saving & system improvement activities
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Mechanical/HVAC System is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
