Facilities Executive ($2700 $3500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the overall facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, security, and janitorial services.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility repairs, renovations, and equipment installations.
- Supervise and provide guidance to facility staff, including maintenance technicians and cleaning team
- Work with Facility Manager to review and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service delivery.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize facility expenses.
- Coordinate office relocations, furniture installations, and modifications to accommodate changing needs.
- Stay up-to-date with local health and safety regulations and ensure compliance within the facility.
- NITEC/ Diploma in Facilities Management/Building, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in using computer software and facility management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
