Oversee office facilities and inspect building systems including fire alarms, mechanical & electrical to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieve environmental conditions prescribed
Supervise and coordinate directly with all vendor and contractors who are engaged in the renovation, repair and maintenance, addition and alterations
Responsible for the planning and execution of corrective/preventive maintenance
Determine material, equipment, tools and spare parts to be used for maintenance jobs
Assist in quotation process, evaluate vendor\'s performance and proper documentation
Liaise with government authorities on M&E initiatives for compliance
Review and recommend Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and propose changes for review
Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by superior
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical and Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in maintenance of mechanical and electrical services is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
