Senior Facilities Executive ($3000 $4000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of housekeeping staff & contractors
- Providing operational and administrative support to the HOD
- Assist in budget planning and ensuring the budget is kept in check
- Manage contractors in fulfilling their contractual obligation and ensure the smooth operation
- Supervised contractors on servicing of housekeeping services, pest control, landscape maintenance, laundry, cleaning & ancillary works, etc.
- Conducting a routine inspection of all facilities and housekeeping equipment
- Attend to feedback from members, tenants, management, and staff to recommend corrective actions
- Maintain filing and documentation for the housekeeping section
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Building Services/ Facilities Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
