Job Details:

• Salary up to $4600
• 8am - 5:45pm
• North East ( Will be deployed to site )
• PB + VB

Job Responsibilities: * Oversee daily planning, management, and operations of facilities management on-site.

• Address work requests and fault calls during and after office hours.
• Manage contractors for both minor and major maintenance and repair work.
• Attend site meetings for maintenance and repair projects.
• Conduct inspections, monitor utilities, and track building consumption.
• Prepare cost estimates and work proposals, including technical feasibility reports.
• Manage and coordinate all maintenance and repair works (Mechanical & Electrical, Civil & Structural) and soft services.
• Update M&E inventory listings, submit work schedules, and track maintenance schedules for all systems and services.

Job Requirements:

• Independent working trait with strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Diploma in Engineering/Facilities Management related fields with 3 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor\'s in Engineering/Facilities Management related fields or similar certifications
