Facilities Executive
Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management (Singapore)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Be accessible for any FM related issues.
Managing the Corrigo tickets -Helpdesk work process Managing the PPM work orders thru Corrigo.
Maintain & update the CRE Asset list.
Managing the Front Office function Take rounds of office to ensure high standards of housekeeping and upkeep.
Coordination meetings with vendor for resolution of service issues.
Ensure we meet vendors once a month.
Ensure invoices are receipted and paid on time, especially rental invoices. Identify and comply with all statutory requirements applicable for office. Drive savings initiatives.
Participate in client meetings, if required. Meeting with landlord. SPOC for coordination with landlord.
Logistical support for New hires - Office Access badge. Update on space data in FMi (Web tool). Financial - Budget preparation & tracking. Pantry & other Supplies - Ordering & consumption tracking. Logistical support for shipping of Invoices to India & Thailand.
Active participation in Monthly meeting of APAC team and attend the monthly meeting in local JLL office & CIWG event.
