Senior Facilities Executive / North

Job Description
Our client is a from Real Estate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Facilities Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West-North.
Duties:
- Responsible in assisting in the management of facilities management services for Site assigned to you.
- Responsible in scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management, etc.
- Responsible in investigating, checking and analysing reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
- Responsible in supervising contractors to carry out maintenance work to ensure that the upkeep and the Site is maintained to meet the service standard.
- Min Degree in Facilities Management or any related field
- Min three years’ experience in facilities management operations or any relevant experience.
- Prior experience in security system and car park management will be a bonus
- Prior experience in full facilities management (ex building works, M&E system and management of soft services contractors etc) is a bonus
