Facilities Executive
Job Description
:
1. Plan, supervise and organise work in the areas of essential facilities maintenance like air-conditioning system, exhaust and ventilation system, environmental control, lighting/electrical systems, water system and fire protection system.
2. Work with vendors/Contractors in ensuring the inspection and up keeping of buildings and related equipment, infrastructure systems meet the optimum operability.
3. To liaise with vendors/contractors the technical aspect of each project in compliance to legal requirements
4. Assist the manager in project related works in regards to facility maintenance.
5. Work with clear guidelines to achieve local and customers' appointed compliance.
6. Prepare and maintain the facility management database, systems reports & conduct analysis for improvement.
7. Ensure all statutory licenses, permits and contracts are renewed timely.
8. Ensure vendors/contractors carry out works in accordance with safety and contract requirements, including evaluation of contractors’ performance and review of contract specifications.
Requirements
1. Minimum 2 or 3 years of relevant experience in Facility Management, Plumbing & Sanitary, Mechanical or ACMV related working experience . Vendor management experience are at advantage .
2. Higher Nitec or Diploma or Degree in Facility Management / Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
3. Possess good communication skills and be able to relate to different levels of people.
4. Team player with a positive work attitude.
5. Ability to multi-task and work independently.
6. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Mon to Sat 8.30am to 5.30pm ( Alternate Sat after confirmation )
