Job Description


About the job:

  • Supervise a team of in-house and term contractors for various facilities functions and to ensure maintenance is carried out as per scheduled
  • Assist in daily activities for facilities team and to work with Engineering Team on defects management / rectification
  • To monitor and update on maintenance schedule for term contracts
  • Provide reports on a timely manner (defects, incidents, carpark income etc)
  • Regular briefings / meetings with contractors, outsourced and in-house staff
  • Regular checks on essential system and building
  • To adhere and execute company’s Standard Operating Procedures
  • Assist on obtaining quotations from contractors and review their job scopes and specifications
  • Liaise with authorities, contractors/vendor, staff and tenants where applicable
  • Rostering of facilities staff
  • Processing of overtime claims, invoices and any other required paperwork / emails
  • Ensuring safety and health of staff, contractors, public and tenants by reporting any irregularities and system fault in a timely manner
  • Support team in ad-hoc, routine and emergency work where necessary
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager
About you :
  • Diploma in Building Services, Building Maintenance or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in shopping centre management or relevant industry experience, preferably in Facilities Management and Maintenance
