Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office facilities and inspect building systems including fire alarms, mechanical & electrical etcs to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieve environmental conditions prescribed
  • Supervise and coordinate directly with all vendor and contractors who are engaged in the renovation, repair and maintenance, addition and alterations
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of corrective/preventive maintenance
  • Determine material, equipment, tools and spare parts to be used for maintenance jobs
  • Assist in quotation process, evaluate vendor\xe2\x80\x99s performance and proper documentation
  • Liaise with government authorities on M&E initiatives for compliance
  • Review and recommend Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and propose changes for review
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by superior
Job Requiremente:
  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical and Building Services Engineering
  • At least 3 years working experience in maintenance of mechanical and electrical services
  • Excellent communication skill with ability to establish, maintain effective working relationship with co-workers, manager and clients.
