Support day-to-day facility operations engaging internal and external vendor services and maintain expected performance and requirement for facility upkeep.
Create or revise SOP and other documentations periodically or as and when required.
Manage and develop system spare parts list and introduce new spare as required.
Manage maintenance program and revise as required.
Support Global Network initiatives.
Review and ensure the systems and procedures meet cGMP regulatory compliance where applicable and support on audit preparation and responses.
Lead or support continuous improvement initiative or project.
Lead or support site or function events.
Requirements
A minimum of Diploma in Engineering/ Facilities Management is preferred along with 2 plus years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in General Building Facilities - Carpark/ Vending Machines/ Canteen Upgrades/CCTV etc.
Candidate must have proficiency in a windows based environment and software (Word, PowerPoint, project, advanced excel and access)
Good communication skills essential.
