Responsible for setting up the facilities for logistics programme.
Ensure operational readiness of critical office, warehouse and building equipment.
Responsible for facilities management of all warehouse and offices.
Source for facilities related supplies and services including but not limited to M&E, cleaning, pest control, landscaping services and electricity retailing.
Ensure services engaged are appropriate to the actual site conditions.
Review repair and maintenance contracts and supervise day to day minor repairs.
Ensure services delivered conform to the provisions in the contract.
Ensure regular inspections are carried out and implement effective preventive maintenance program.
Engage maintenance services at the most competitive cost.
Work with safety department, customers and government agencies on safety issues relating to facilities. Work with auditors, customers and government agencies on audit requirements.
Ensure all services are procured or carried out in accordance to the requirements of the quality and compliance procedures.
Carry out the duties of a Certified Fire Safety Manager.
Assist in fire or building facilities breakdown emergency response.
Responsible for implementing green projects.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Real Estate/ Building/ Facilities Management or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing residential and/ or commercial properties.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and with proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment.
