Job Description
My clients have various openings:
Salary Range $3.5K - $4.5K (depends on experience)
AWS / VB
- In-charge of facilities management matters for buildings / malls
- Overall maintenance of the buildings
- Conduct inspection works for the building
- Analyse and report of fault or breakdown
- Prepare of facility report
- Oversee the daily operations & attend management meetings
- Involving in administrative matters and control of the property / building matters
- Perform routine building maintenance work
- Involved in cyclical maintenance works, improvement works, conservancy and horticulture, common property
- Min Diploma in Building / Facilities / M&E
- FSM
- With 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in facilities management
- Manage of Building / Malls
