Salary $5K - $7K
- Location: West
- AWS / VB
- In-charge of Building facilities management matters
- Implement energy saving initiatives
- In-charge of Environmental Sustainability
- Oversee the daily operations & attend management meetings
- Involving in administrative matters and control of the building
- Perform routine building maintenance works
- Prepare monthly management reports
- Establish rapport with team members and building owner
- Diploma / Degree
- Experience in managing building
- FSM
- With 6 - 10 years of relevant working experience
- With relevant experience in building facilities management
