Job Description
Responsibilities:
Operations and Management of Facilities Contractors:
- Support facilities operational activities activities
- Ensure all activities undertaken are well considered to ensure zero interruption to production.
- Maintain the facilities with routine checks on facilities systems e.g : electrical, AHU systems, CDA, Chilled water systems.
- Supervise vendors during projects and system maintenance.
- Must be able to hands on to carry out simple repair e.g sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works and building works.
- Ensure good housekeeping is carried out in all facilities area, e.g AHU and switch room, etc.
- Manage in-house and ad-hoc contractors and document maintenance / project files transmitted.
- Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep the building in daily operational state.
- Keep updated project schedule and open items for tracking.
- Maintain clear documentation housekeeping.
- Performing and supporting facitlies related activities not mentioned in the above assigned by facilities engineer.
