Want to be a part of our team? Maintains and general repairs of the facility\xe2\x80\x99s structure, furniture & Fittings, equipment and office grounds, including plumbing, electrical and HVAC.

Performs skilled trades work, such as carpentry or touch-up painting in constructing, repairing or altering structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures. Works with manufacturing or process engineering in installing or repairing building plumbing and wiring required in the production process.

Makes periodic or special inspections of the premise to determine repair work necessary. Works from blueprints, drawings or rough sketches and translates requirements to vendors/contractors to maintain the day-to-day operations of office facilities and related matters. Ensures all WHSE requirements are met eg. fire extinguishers, facility safety features, etc. And Liaison with external contractors and vendors to get maintenance works done.
