Job Description
Culina is a leading purveyor of specialist epicurean foods and wines, a choice distributor to hotels, restaurants and cafes in Singapore. Culina runs a Bistro and Gourmet boutique, an Organic retail store SuperNature in Dempsey as well as a chain of butcheries in major supermarkets island wide.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing faucets, repairing fixtures). Repair and adjust doors, hinges, locks, and handles. Carry out basic electrical work such as replacing light bulbs and simple fittings. Repair and paint walls and doors, including minor surface repairs. Respond promptly to urgent repair and maintenance requests. Assume cleaning responsibilities when regular staff are on leave. Conduct regular inspections and identify any areas requiring repair and work orders. Attend to ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a handyman or in a similar role. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repair work. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely. Physically fit to perform manual tasks. Possession of a forklift license is an advantage.
