Job Description
Desciptions:
- Supervise subordinates to ensure all jobs are performed according to specifications & SOPs
- Monitor and supervise the servicing and maintenance work carried out by external contractors for all related equipment and building facilities
- Ensure the output meets specifications and standards
- Provide hands-on technical assistance pertaining tobuilding facilities and maintenance matters to other Departments when necessary
- Oversee basic landscaping improvements to enhance the appearance of the Company\'s premises
- Recommend and implement technological improvements to increase productivity, enhance safety and reduce wastages
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical & Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Possess 3 years of building facilities & maintenance experience including leading a team
- Working location: WEST
