Job Description


Desciptions:

  • Supervise subordinates to ensure all jobs are performed according to specifications & SOPs
  • Monitor and supervise the servicing and maintenance work carried out by external contractors for all related equipment and building facilities
  • Ensure the output meets specifications and standards
  • Provide hands-on technical assistance pertaining tobuilding facilities and maintenance matters to other Departments when necessary
  • Oversee basic landscaping improvements to enhance the appearance of the Company\'s premises
  • Recommend and implement technological improvements to increase productivity, enhance safety and reduce wastages

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical & Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Possess 3 years of building facilities & maintenance experience including leading a team
  • Working location: WEST
