- Work closely with operation teams and contractors to ensure timely delivery of the project an excellent quality of works done
- Co-ordinate layout plan, M&E plan and visuals , review project schedule
- Manage defects for new completed works involved
- Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
- Completing any tasks assigned by Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
- To verify claims and payments for contractors
- Being the key single interface between the company and resolve project / facilities related issues such as payments, etc.
- To assist in managing vendors to ensure quality , pricing and time delivery
- Responsible to ensure new and future store fittings and franchise items are in order for openings.
- Assist in coordinating with local contractors to ensure that all Bacha Coffee stores in Singapore are kept in good condition.
- Responsible to implement strict maintenance / servicing guidelines of all Bacha Coffee stores in Singapore.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in project management , architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or facility management
- Experience with project management software
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to plan and organize
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent multitasking skills, being able to manage multiple projects at the same time
