Facilities / Maintenance Manager
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan and execute building maintenance and operational programs for all facilities.
Responsible for all the facilities planning, resource deployment, and cost estimations for equipment and facilities.
Ensure all maintenance processes and procedures are compliant.
Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering/Business Management/Facilities Management
At least 5 years of experience in facility maintenance
Good knowledge of BMS, HVAC systems and Electrical systems
Salary: up to $6,000
