Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Assist in investigations of equipment incidents or damage
Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders on maintenance-related issues
Monitor and control maintenance work procedures and check-sheets
Report departmental updates and issues to supervisors
Ensure maintenance work is performed as scheduled
Issue job instructions to technicians and follow up on QA/QC matters
Requirements
Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred
Entry-level considered; prior experience in maintenance is an advantage
Basic administrative and technical skills
Able to manage a small team of technicians and coordinate daily operations
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently or in a team
Able to perform site-based work, including at heights or in confined spaces
