Facilities Management Engineer ($3500 $5000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$5K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Support in the facilities management services, which include M&E support of the building
- Assist in the supervision of contractors in planning, coordination and execution of corrective, preventive maintenance, integrated system tests and annual building shutdown activities
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports for internal and external customers
- Assist in cost management and price negotiation with the vendors
- Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or Facilities Management or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Facility Building Maintenance services, ACMV equipment/chillers is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
