Job Description
:
Supervising team of cleaners. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure cleaning quality meets client expectations. Schedule staff shifts and manage manpower deployment. Provide guidance and coaching of new team members. Train new cleaning staff and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Address client feedback and resolve operational issues promptly. Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, inventory, and staff performance. Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement new cleaning technologies and best practices.
Requirement :
Detailed knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and products. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address any issues that may arise. A proactive and customer-focused approach to ensure client satisfaction. * Periodic cleaning experience.
