Job Description
-The Opportunity:
- Our Client, Government-Operated Management
- Location: Changi
- Basic Salary: Up to $5,000
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm
- Write work specifications, prepare quotations, and evaluate bids for project awards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, working both indoors (50%) and outdoors (50%) to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and work closely with tenants and stakeholders to address facility-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Ensure facilities are maintained according to engineering and facilities management best practices.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (SPR).
- Possession of a valid Class 3A driving license.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a facilities management environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with tenants and stakeholders effectively.
