Facilities Management Officer ($2500 $3500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities
- Provide operational support to the Facilities Management department by overseeing building operations and cleanliness on ground
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety standards and to identify areas for improvement
- Manage internal and external stakeholders feedbacks relating to building matters
- Maintain records of all repairs, maintenance, and inspections for compliance and reporting purposes
- Monitor utility usage and expenses, including water and electricity
- Participate in emergency response procedures and provide support during emergencies
- Perform operation reports and other administrative duties for the department
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
