About Our Client

Strategise and formulate the effective maintenance of facilities and services within the grounds of the institution efficiently, securely and consistently.
Strategise, develop and review Fire Safety Plans of the buildings and Emergency Plans to ensure compliance with required standards by SCDF and Singapore Police.
Be the first point of contact on all facilities matters. Take lead on maintenance requests or property issues, as well as handle emergency situations.
Manage all contractor and vendor relationships. Review and manage service contracts to ensure the highest standards of quality from partners.
Lead the training and development of the team.
The Successful Applicant
A Bachelor\'s Degree in Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering or a related field.
At least 15 years of experience within the educational industry preferred.
Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental, buildings, system regulations and Code of Practice.
Fire Safety Manager is an added advantage.
