About Our Client

The institution is reputable both locally and internationally and strives to ensure that their students are provided the most consistent and outstanding educational experience.

  • Strategise and formulate the effective maintenance of facilities and services within the grounds of the institution efficiently, securely and consistently.
  • Strategise, develop and review Fire Safety Plans of the buildings and Emergency Plans to ensure compliance with required standards by SCDF and Singapore Police.
  • Be the first point of contact on all facilities matters. Take lead on maintenance requests or property issues, as well as handle emergency situations.
  • Manage all contractor and vendor relationships. Review and manage service contracts to ensure the highest standards of quality from partners.
  • Lead the training and development of the team.

The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor\'s Degree in Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience within the educational industry preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental, buildings, system regulations and Code of Practice.
  • Fire Safety Manager is an added advantage.
