Job Description
Facilities Manager (IFM/Developer) (1 Year contract - Renew/Convert) - up to $6000
1. Pre & During TOP
- Carry out pre-TOP quality control inspections and take over all completed units from Main Contractor.
- Assist on the preparation of Resident\'s Guide and Handover Packages.
- Handing over of units to Purchasers
A. Units Defects Management
- Carry out timely units\' joint inspections with Purchasers & Contractors.
- Manage Purchasers\' expectations on defects rectifications.
- Prompt liaison with Main Contractors to rectify defects and closely monitor work progress to ensure work completion within stipulated timeframe.
- Regularly engage and update Purchasers on rectification progress.
- Upon completion of rectification, promptly arrange for handover joint inspection with Purchasers to sign-off Defect Lists.
- Keep defects record up-to-date complete with units\' defects photos and emails with Purchasers.
- Assist in preparing periodic reports to HQ.
- Prepare units\' case sharing with team members for continuous learning.
- Assist Supervisor with overseeing the Managing Agent on common areas maintenance and management.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned by your supervisors from time to time.
