We\'re looking for innovative, passionate, and talented people like you to join our team.We\'re searching for a Senior Engineer to be part of our Facilities (Mechnical) Department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible to provide facilities support pertaining to Facilities Monitoring and Control Systems (FMCS) and other miscellaneous electrical & electronic facilities systems to wafer fabrication so as to ensure continuous supply of utilities & related facilities at the required performance level or specifications.What you will be working on:Formulate, implement, review and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs for systems in charge so as to ensure that the systems function as intended at all timeCarry out repair and troubleshooting of systems in order to restore systems to their operating conditions in the shortest possible time. Carry out root cause analysis and implement action plans to prevent recurrenceAble to formulate effective reporting and tracking systems for monitoring of system performance and capacity usage. Recommend and implement improvement/enhancement projects where appropriate.Formulate, implement, review and improve operating procedures so as to ensure optimum operation of systemsMonitor and review utility consumptions and work with users to implement projects to reduce the consumption where possibleProvide guidance and training on the systems in charge to fellow colleagues so as ensure adequate working knowledge and system backupEvaluate and recommend appropriate spares, consumables and other resources necessary for the day-to-day operation of the systems.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of all relevant standards, legislations, codes of practice etc and ensure theircompliance\xc2\xb7 Ensure plant histories, drawings, data and other appropriate documentations are beinggenerated and properly filed for future reference and review.\xc2\xb7 Conduct project supervisions.More about you:

• Master / Degree in Science, Mechnical Engineering, Building or equivalent
• Experience in operation/ maintenance of exhaust system, cleanroom, HVAC etc
• Min 5 years of relevant working experience in wafer fab
• Strong engineering knowledge in mechanical system design
