Job Description

s:

• To provide facilities support pertaining to Hookup Co-ordination and facilitate utility services installations to production equipments so as to ensure completion of installation in time and high quality standard.
• Plan and co-ordinate services and tool layout to optimize space management in the cleanroom
• Review and co-ordinate tools and utilities services configuration interfaces
• Monitor of tool installations schedule and utility services energization
• Control of project cost
• Generate Hookup installation protocol and procedures to ensure safe working methods are employed
• Formulate and implement preventive maintenance programs for systems in charge so as to ensure that the systems function as intended at all times
• Carry out repair and troubleshooting of services in order to restore services to their operating conditions in the shortest possible time
• Monitor and review utilities capacity usage tracking and provide regular reports. Recommend and implement improvement / enhancement projects
• Formulate and implement operating procedures to ensure optimum operation of services or cost effective design installations
• Monitor and review utility consumptions and work with users to implement projects to reduce the consumption where possible
• Ensure plant histories, drawings, data and other appropriate documentations are being generated and properly filed for future reference and review. Updating of changes of layout in the cleanroom using AutoCad.
• Evaluate upgrading design and carry out project supervision
• Provide guidance and training to fellow colleagues so as to ensure adequate working practices and design are compiled
• Evaluate of engineering designs, schedule control and supervision of projects

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent studies
• Min 2- 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical or petrochemical industries
• Direct experience in Equipment Installatin will be added advantage
• Able to start work within short notice will be added advantage
