Facilities Technician, Acmv (commercial Building)

Job Description
This position will be a member of the Engineering / Building team responsible for maintaining, repairing and servicing building engineering services.
- Play a hands-on role in maintenance of ACMV, plumbing & sanitary systems, amenities, fittings and fixtures, wall, ceiling and floor finishing of properties.
- Possess experiences manning and monitoring the Building Management System.
- Involve in the inspection of contractors\xe2\x80\x99 works, tenants fit-out and reinstatement works and assisting in handling of tenants\' requests or feedback.
- Generate defect inspection reports
- Source for contractors & calling for quotations for works to be carried out.
- Schedule preventive maintenance and corrective work orders using the Facilities Management System.
- Able to use SAP system for PR/PO generation is an added advantage.
- Possess a Higher / NITEC in Facility Technology (Mechanical & Electrical Services), Facility Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experiences in building management and Mechanical and Electrical systems.
- Possess experience in painting, masonry, carpentry and ironmongery works will have an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Possess good interpersonal skills, the ability to handle difficult situations and works well in a fast-paced environment.
