Supervise and lead cleaning staff to ensure quality standards are met
Plan and assign daily cleaning and painting duties
Conduct inspections and maintain cleanliness & maintenance standards
Carry out minor touch-up painting and supervise painting works
Handle staff scheduling and attendance
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
Experience as a Cleaning / Painting Supervisor or similar role preferred
Able to work independently and lead a team
Good communication in English and organizational skills
Willing to work on weekends
