• Manage activities from site installation and test & commissioning with Tools Owner / Vendors / Contractors
• To co-ordinate facilities, tools, and machines when required by IE Team
• Support engineers and production team on electrical work requests and daily documentations.
• Work closely and assist supervisor to interface with contractors and customers
• Promote area-specific documentation like checklist & procedure to ensure safety and impact on production
• Use MS Office Tools and demonstrate ability to understand drawing and highlighting discrepancies
• Support Engineers in updating Project AUTOCAD drawing/lay-out
• Regular supervision and checking to improve safety & housekeeping
• Ensure continuous efficient operation of production support system without disruption to production activity
• Demonstrate awareness protocols & requirements and deploy them to contractors
• To establish regular, working interaction with peers from each team involved in tool installation, communicating clearly and respectfully all relevant information
• Keep Supervisor and Engineer informed regarding the progress of assigned work as well as any abnormalities observed in the area
• Study and review production scenario and planning for Tool Install activities
• Register and escort the visitor inside the site whenever needed

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or relevant
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Knowledge in AutoCAD will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills and ability to liaise with people of all levels
• Team player with the capabilities to work independently
