Facility Engineer ($3000 $4000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Document maintenance procedures and processes.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 & ISO standards and support audit functions.
- Ensure safety requirement is strictly followed and all vendors must meet our safety expectation before commencement of work.
- Analyze facilities equipment failures and develop corrective actions and reventive maintenance procedures.
- Develop improvements to enhance facilities equipment reliability and scalability.
- Provide support for troubleshooting facilities equipment.
- Test and approve new facilities equipment before commissioning.
- Develop cost-reduction initiatives while still maintaining quality and productivity.
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Building facilities & maintenance / Facility experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
