Facility Engineer ($3000 $5000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$5K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Mechanical, aircond and Electrical system Operations for Plant/School facilities & utilities (Chiller, ACMV/HVAC, Exhaust, Cooling Water, Vacuum Pump, Compressor, UPS, Generator\xe2\x80\xa6)
- Will be resonsible to lead supervise overall preventive maintenance contract
- Manage routine ACMV servicing works
- To troubleshoot & resolve technical issues
- To carry out testing & commissioning
- Provides technical support and take charge on matters concerning the parts replacement and repairs maintenance and service activities of all the mechanical & electrical equipment
- Manage the maintenance and daily operations of the building facilities with the objective of always achieving uninterrupted function
- Liaison with all stakeholders and make sure a smooth operation of facilities. Ensuring efficiency of all building systems
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Building facilities & maintenance / Facility experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
