Job Responsibilities - Facility * Responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities related equipment and system e.g. chilled water system, ACMV, compressed dry air system, fire p Job Responsibilities - Facility Responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities related equipment and system e.g. chilled water system, ACMV, compressed dry air system, fire protection system, electrical distribution system, overhead cranes etc. Manage engineering information for Building Automation System (BAS), security system and fire alarm system. Scheduling/planning of maintenance works for the technical team on site and oversee contractor's maintenance works. Work with procurement for service contracts and liaise with vendors for pre-work qualification documentation and all necessary submission e.g. Method Statements and Risk Assessments (MSRA). Managing CAPEX and support company level compliance audits. Receive, compile and analyze information pertaining to Facility Management System (FMS), bus ridership, office occupancy, energy monitoring and waste management for Client. Any other duties assigned by Management. Job Responsibilities - HSE Assist the HSE Manager to identify, review and assess risk arising from the workplace, develop and implement control processes with compliance to prevailing MOM WSH Act and Regulations and Client requirements. Conduct Safety Induction Course (SIC), toolbox briefing/ training, monthly HSE meetings and attend Client's monthly HSE meetings. Ensure all issues/ documentation/ permits/ licenses related to accident/ injury investigation, workplace safety, health and environmental control required by authorities and management are kept in order. Assist in internal audit for improvement program and maintaining Management System for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. Manage permit to work (PTW) process and review contractor's Method Statements and Risk Assessments (MSRA). Any other matters relating to HSE. Job Requirements Minimum WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) or Level B. Diploma in Facilities Management or Engineering related fields of study is an advantage (candidate who have just graduated are welcomed to apply). Some knowledge of Electrical work, HVAC, Critical Environment, Energy Management is preferred although not a pre-requisite. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point). Proficient in creating presentation packs and delivering the presentation to clients (presentation skills will be assessed during second interview).
