Job Description
Our client is in the Real Estate Industry, one of the leading players in the sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Facility Operation Executive to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible.
Duties
- Responsible for regular building M&E inspections, compliance to authorities\xe2\x80\x99 requirements and management of service contractors to effectively.
- Responsible for implement fire emergency plan, fire safety audit, security surveillance systems planning and carpark facilities to ensure safety and security.
- Manage maintenance technicians in daily maintenance on property and common area management.
- Supervise and manage security officers in daily security operations as well as review and approve the team\xe2\x80\x99s duty rosters.
- Ensure all complaints are attend to and well resolved
- Ensure and manage safety, security equipment. Follow up and investigate incidents or complaints relating to fire safety and security of the building.
- Any ad-hoc duty as assign.
- 1 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years of experience in similar industry.
- Min Diploma in relevant field
