Facility Maintenance Officer
Job Description
Facilities Maintenance . 5.5 day work week . Responsible for day-to-day operational function of facilities in the office building . Engaging and co-ordinating with relevant contractors for maintenance services . Following up with relevant contractors for maintenance services that require additional time to be completed . Timely updating to Managment with regards to the status of maintenance services being carried out / completed . General admin and filing of Service Reports after contractor has completed the maintenance services . Training will be provided
