Responsibilities:

• Establish, manage, and execute multiple renovation projects according to a tight timeline schedule.

• Responsible for liaising with vendors, service providers, and related companies and mall management on facilities matters.

• Responsible for execution of minor or major renovation works for shop premises.

• Prepare regular and effective reports to management for analysis.

• Take over the site and set up the outlet together with Operations.

• Maintain and update Project and Maintenance records.

• Consolidation of requisition orders for ordering of equipment as and when requested.

• Work with the Finance team to process payment and follow up to ensure if payment has been posted out or is ready to be hand-delivered.

• Maintain a good working relationship with a service provider, main con, and suppliers.

• Assist to oversee the daily technical aspects of outlets’ operations.

• Manage emergency and ad-hoc repairs, breakdowns, and troubleshooting

• Ensure all the contractual obligations of the Service Agreements fully comply.

• Co-ordinating and supervising works are done by contractors and ensuring their performance is in conformance with the Service Level Agreements.

• Implementing the quality maintenance program, complying with government/ statutory regulations, and conducting regular audits of the building and M&E systems.

• Ensure all installation works are maintained in conformance with all building and statutory requirements.

• Attend the site inspections to provide accurate technical and installation guidelines and support to the right person in charge to ensure the successful installation of our products.

• Management of building risk, safety, security, etc.

• Ensure all works and services carried out within the premises comply with the Workplace Safety & Health Act and the Authorities’ requirements.

• Conduct checks and remove the cause to remove any potential fire hazards that is/are found in the premises.

• Oversee maintenance of fire safety systems in the premises.

• Test the fire safety systems to ensure that they are in good operating condition twice yearly.

• Conducting a routine inspection of all facilities and housekeeping equipment.

• Attend to feedback from management and staff.

• Any other instructions issued from time to time by CIO.
