Position: Facilities Management Technician / Maintenance EngineerJob Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, promptly handling customer inquiries, needs, and issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing, sanitation, HVAC systems, chillers, and electrical controls.
• Detect and resolve any mechanical and electrical problems efficiently using technical expertise.

Requirements:

• Nitec certification in Mechanical/Electrical or a related field.
• Training provided
• Demonstrate positivity, great communicative skills, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
