Assist the Project Director to manage and support the physical infrastructure and facilities of the building
Able to lead a team in costing for tender of Integrated facilities management (IFM) contract
Lead the IFM team to plan, operate, maintain and ensuring 24/7 operational readiness of the essential M&E and building services such as power, cooling systems, fire protection
Ensure that the building is well maintained and kept in a state of good, safe, and serviceable condition
Oversee & manage annual shutdown exercise, improvement works, A&A works and any other works as assigned
Oversee & manage the soft services security & surveillance system, cleaning, plumbing & sanitation, pest control, landscape and Hard Services for handyman and M&E, etc
Oversee the service level assurance performance, tracking & monitoring, regulatory compliance, incident management, rectification and intervention, tenant management, Pay-Per-Use Facilities (PPUF), ensuring fire safety and safe workplace for all stakeholders.
Act as a single point of contact for client
Meet KPI targets within the portfolio set by client
Monitor the IFM and term contractors in meeting the terms and conditions of the agreements, IM guidelines and their services are delivered in a satisfactory manner
Execute improvement plans to enhance the building operations, customer satisfaction and engagement
Oversee appointed contractors and ensure all properties are well maintained and upkeep to requirements
Monitor and ensure all term contracts are valid and procured in time
Ensure compliances with all agencies and internal/ external processes such as procurement & financial procedures
Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma with Engineering/ Facilities Management or its equivalent
Possess Construction Safety Course for Project Managers/ Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course and Fire Safety Manger certificate
Minimum 10 years in facilities management
Experience in government procurement and financial procedures, emergency preparedness and estate management/ facilities management in public sector projects would be an advantage
Good understanding of building procedures & infrastructure
Independent, strong analytical and possess good interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills, stakeholders management skills to interact effectively with all levels of an organization
Self-motivated and independent
Be resourceful and result-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
