ResponsibilitiesFacility Management:

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of factory systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage budgets, reduce costs, and handle vendor relations.
• Plan space allocation and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Develop emergency plans and conduct safety drills.
• Implement sustainability initiatives (energy efficiency, waste reduction).
• Supervise facility staff.

Toxic Waste Management:

• Ensure hazardous waste practices meet regulations.
• Develop and oversee waste management plans and safe disposal.
• Maintain records and promote waste reduction strategies.

Operations Management:

• Streamline processes, monitor quality, and enforce standards.
• Supervise operations staff and manage hiring/performance.
• Oversee inventory levels and report on operational performance.

Quality Management:

• Develop and enforce quality standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Manage customer feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain quality records.
• Ensure product quality through inspection procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry/ Mechanical/ Engineering related.
• 3-5 years experience in production or toxic waste management.
