Our client is a Real Estate industry. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in South. Responsibilities:

• Responsible in scheduling interviews and working directly with hiring manager and candidates to coordinate schedule, reschedule when required and act as the point of contact - making sure everyone is in the right place, at the right time
• Responsible in providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
• Responsible in identifying opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Responsible in handling full recruitment process from identifying the vacancy requirements, working with the different department to set the adequate s and conduct a recruitment that finds the best talents within the shortest period of time
• Responsible in updating candidate records in our systems and spreadsheets, ensuring our data is always up to date
• Responsible in working on generic people operations tasks including upkeep employee related spreadsheets that lead to payroll management together with outsource companies
• Responsible in working together with other departments when required, such as finance for month-end employee cost processing
• Responsible in working with leadership to plan the payroll budget of the year and ensure month on month updated forecasting and planning

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any relevant field
• Min 2 years working experience in recruitment
