Job Description

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 0800HRS to 1800HRS
• Saturday (if necessary): 0800HRS to 1300HRS (for Training)

Job Scope:

• Oversee day-to-day planning, management, and operations of facilities.
• Attend to work requests and fault calls during and after office hours.
• Manage contractors for minor and major works.
• Conduct site meetings, building inspections, and track utilities consumption.
• Prepare cost estimates, technical feasibility reports, and work proposals.
• Coordinate maintenance & repair works (M&E and C&S) and soft services.
• Maintain M&E inventory listings and update maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Diploma/Bachelor\'s in Engineering/Facilities Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
