Job Title - Facility Technician
- Basic Salary: Up-to $2,700
- Fixed Monthly Allowance: Handphone $20 & Laundry Allowance $35
- Bonus: AWS & Variable Bonus
- Workplace: Gateway
- Nearest MRT: Bugis
- Working on Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturday.
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm & Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm
- General electrical fitting work including installation of electrical equipment, electrical cabling works, cable trucking, cable conduit and termination, etc.
- Maintenance of M&E equipment
- Troubleshooting of electrical system
- Troubleshooting and repair works for air conditioning system (Single Split, Multi Split & VRV)
- Installation of air conditioning system
- On-site maintenance of Air-con and MV system
- Preparation of service reports
- Attending urgent calls during & after office hours
- Any duties as assigned by supervisor
- NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology (Power & Control), Higher Nitec in Facility Management or any relevant field.
