Job Description

1. Responsible for the set-up and conversion, maintain, install, troubleshoot and repair of all the equipment.


2. Ensure that all machines and facilities are operating in accordance to prescribe specifications and requirements.


3. Troubleshoot and repair electronics, pneumatics, electrical and mechanical related problems encountered by machines as well as updating of machine records.


4. To provide line sustaining support.


5. Monitoring and recording of facilities and equipment parameters as per SOP.


6. Repair and replace of worn-out and defective parts and resolve equipment issues during production.


7. To record in the monitoring log sheet all reasons to justify any change in parameters and/or any part of the equipment.


8. Implement and execute proper housekeeping and safety measures within maintenance bay.


9. Perform spare parts handling, inventory management and control.


10. Immediately inform supervisor and other support groups about equipment status, conditions, and prevailing performance.


11. Trained and orient newly hired production operators on basic machine operations.


12. Provide support in the qualification and evaluations of new product, new equipment, new materials and new customer requirements.


13. Assist in coordinating with equipment vendors on machine support.


14. Maintain, review all legal documents, license and calibration record .Follow up of all renewal.


15. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time.





Working Day : 5 days


Working Time : 8.30am to 6pm
