Factory Logistics Specialist

Job Description
Responsible for all activities involved in the management of product movement within the Factory Logistics supply chain; ensures delivery of the right product to the right place at the right time for the right price.
- Key logistics activities include: managing day-to-day operational of Factory Logistics physical distribution, which includes the movement and storage of Raw materials / manufactured finished goods / RMA materials, supplies and spare parts from manufacturing plants to both internal logistics sites and returns to Suppliers.
- Understand the end-to-end Supply chain processes and proactively identify gaps and develop solutions resolving the gaps. Conduct gap analysis, lead and manage the implementation with quantified deliverables.
- Designs and implements logistics strategies / processes to support distribution of Agilent materials/products. Assessing solutions including automation use in the industry and proposing the right solutions.
- Responsible for Key performance indicators management including leading 3rd Logistics Warehouse and Transportation Vendor management to meet contract specified deliverables, performance or business objectives
- Responsible to ensure full compliance to ISO, FDA, GMO and GSDP procedures
- Responsible to lead and or support logistics projects requiring coordination with other cross functional team and third parties
- Participant in any ad-hoc project assigned
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree or equivalent.
Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required.
Typically, at least 8+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
Prior experience in SAP system is highly preferred
Prior experience in Six Sigma, Lean, 5S and continuous improvement programs are preferred.
Logistics / Supply Chain consulting, digitalization solution design and implementation is a Plus.
